Can I start with a 500-box pilot run?

Yes. Qualified projects can begin with a 500-box pilot, depending on the formula, strip count, packaging, and production setup. The goal is to validate the product before committing to scale.

How many strips does that mean?

Five hundred 20-count boxes equal 10,000 strips. Five hundred 30-count boxes equal 15,000 strips. We show both box and strip quantities in the project brief so the first run is easy to picture.

Private label or custom?

Private label is the faster route when a proven concept fits. Custom development makes sense when the active, dose, flavor, or product experience needs to be unique.

What happens after I send a project brief?

We review formula feasibility, target box count, packaging, testing, timing, and the most practical route to a qualified pilot run.

What are oral dissolving films also called?

Depending on intended use, buyers may use oral dissolving film (ODF), oral thin film (OTF), mouth-dissolving strip, fast-dissolving strip, sublingual film, buccal film, melt-in-mouth strip, or orally disintegrating film. The intended route and product claims must be confirmed for each project.

Is an oral film manufacturer the same as an OEM, CMO, or CDMO?

OEM, CMO, and CDMO describe different possible development and manufacturing scopes. StripWorks supports brand-owned private-label and custom contract manufacturing projects, with formulation, testing, packaging, documentation, and regulatory responsibilities confirmed in writing for each project.
