Learn what information StripWorks collects through its website, how project inquiries and analytics are used, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.
Information you provide
The project brief can collect your name, company, email, optional phone number, product description, project type, formula status, timing, estimated quantity, additional information, consent, referring page, and submission time. If you join the optional email briefing, StripWorks stores the email address, signup source and page, consent version and time, subscription status, and an unsubscribe token. Please do not send medical records, payment-card details, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through either form.
How StripWorks uses inquiry and subscription information
StripWorks uses inquiry information to review and respond to the project, assess fit and readiness, route the inquiry, maintain business records, improve lead handling, prevent abuse, and communicate about the submitted request. Subscription information is used to send occasional StripWorks manufacturing and buyer-education emails and to honor unsubscribe choices. StripWorks does not sell inquiry or mailing-list data.
Analytics and technical information
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page use and conversion events. The project form sends a generate-lead event only after a successful submission. The mailing-list form sends view, dismiss, and signup events without the entered email address. Neither form sends names, emails, companies, phone numbers, or free-text project details to Google Analytics. Hosting and security systems may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser, device, requested page, and time.
Service providers and disclosures
StripWorks uses service providers for website hosting, analytics, database storage, email delivery, security, and business operations. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate those services, respond to the inquiry, protect rights and systems, or comply with law. Providers are expected to process information for the services they perform.
Retention and security
Inquiry and technical information is retained for business, operational, security, and legal needs and removed or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably required. Subscription records are retained while subscribed and as needed to preserve an unsubscribe or suppression choice. StripWorks uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and contact
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, or ask StripWorks to stop non-required follow-up, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping needs. Every mailing-list message should include an unsubscribe link, and StripWorks also accepts unsubscribe requests at hello@stripworks.co. Contact that address or write to StripWorks, 1935 Cordell Court, El Cajon, CA 92020, USA.
